Welcome to the Permsky cafe‑restaurant at the City Star Hotel, a place where local cuisine is revealed in all its diversity, and the atmosphere gives a feeling of homely comfort.

Our philosophy
We strive to show our guests the authentic taste of the Perm Region: the menu includes dishes inspired by regional traditions, but served in a modern interpretation. We pay special attention to the quality of our products: we select local suppliers and cook with care for each guest.

What awaits you here?

• Own bakery shop. Every day we bake fresh bread, rolls and confectionery according to the author's recipes. The aroma of homemade cakes is the first greeting from our restaurant.

• Buffet breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Mon–Fri) and from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Sat–Sun): hot dishes (omelets, porridges, pancakes); fresh pastries from our bakery; seasonal fruits and yoghurts; aromatic coffee and teas.

• Business lunches. Balanced lunches for business guests: fast, tasty and at an affordable price. The menu is updated weekly so that you can discover new flavors.

• Set lunches and dinners. Hearty portions, thoughtful combinations and local ingredients are an ideal option for a full meal in a cozy atmosphere.

• Room service. If you prefer to relax in your room, we will deliver your favorite dishes right to the door.
