Accommodation with animals
Rules for Staying with Pets at City Star LLC:
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The Hotel Administration reserves the right to determine the possibility of a pet staying in a hotel room, as well as the right to refuse accommodation without providing a reason.
2. Guests with pets are accommodated at a special rate only in designated hotel rooms and by prior reservation.
3. Staying with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health is prohibited in the hotel.
4. The definition of "pet" includes breeds of dogs and cats, as well as other domestic animals whose stay has been approved by the hotel administration.
5. Accommodation with pets is permitted only upon presentation of standard veterinary documents (a veterinary passport or a certificate from a veterinarian) with records of all required vaccinations.
6. Guide dogs serving the needs of people with disabilities are permitted to stay at the hotel.
7. Animals of special police units—security dogs, sniffer dogs, etc.—are allowed on the hotel premises.
8. Before booking a room, the pet owner must inform the hotel administration of the type and breed of their pet (including age and size) and clarify if there are any current special conditions for pet accommodation. Conditions may change depending on the instructions of the hotel administration.
9. Upon checking into the hotel with pets, the Owner is obliged to read the "Rules for Staying with Pets" and provide their signature confirming agreement with these rules.
10. No more than one pet is allowed to stay in one hotel room.
11. The cost of staying with a pet is 1,000 RUB per day.
2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PET OWNER TO THE HOTEL
A guest staying with an animal undertakes to ensure compliance with the sanitary and hygienic regime in the hotel room and on the hotel premises:
1. The owner must have a special mat or a special crate for the pet.
2. The owner must have a special litter box for the pet.
3. The owner must have special bowls for feeding the pet.
4. On the hotel premises, dogs must be kept exclusively muzzled and on a leash or in a special crate; other types of animals must be in special crates. Decorative (small) breeds may be on a leash or carried by the owner.
5. The owner is obliged to walk medium and large-sized dogs only with a muzzle and a leash.
6. The owner must ensure the pet is absent from the room during cleaning by hotel housekeepers or during maintenance work.
7. The owner is obliged to notify the hotel administration if an animal is left in the room unattended.
3. RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATION ON STAYING WITH PETS
1. It is forbidden to take pets into the dining area and common areas.
2. It is forbidden to feed pets from dishes belonging to the hotel.
3. It is forbidden to use hotel beds and armchairs for the animal's rest.
4. In the absence of a special crate, it is forbidden to leave pets unattended in the hotel room, lobby, other public areas, or on the hotel grounds.
5. Walking pets on the hotel grounds, including lawns, is prohibited.
6. It is forbidden to wash pets in the showers or bathtubs of the rooms; it is forbidden to use hotel towels, sheets, and other bedding for animal hygiene.
7. It is forbidden to groom or brush pets inside the hotel room or on its premises.
4. LIABILITY OF THE PET OWNER
1. The owner assumes full responsibility for feeding, cleaning, and walking the animal.
2. The owner bears full responsibility for any damage to hotel property caused by pets. In case of property damage, the Owner shall compensate for the damage according to the Price List valid at the hotel at the time of the owner's stay.
3. The owner bears all responsibility for cleaning up pet waste.
4. The owner assumes all risks to the hotel and third parties related to and arising from the behavior of the animals, as well as the timing and conditions of their presence in the hotel's room stock.
5. The owner is obliged to cover the costs of deep cleaning the room, which is performed after their departure. The cost of deep cleaning is included in the accommodation rate.
5. CONDITIONS FOR TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH A GUEST STAYING WITH PETS
The hotel administration reserves the right to terminate the agreement: in case of violation of the "Rules for Staying with Pets," or in the event of aggressive, inappropriate, or noisy behavior by the pet, or if the pet causes inconvenience to the comfortable stay of other guests and visitors.
