The team at the "Permsky" cafe-restaurant is always happy to see you on the ground floor (basement level) of the City Star Hotel, which can be reached by elevator.

► Sat - Sun: 08:00 - 22:00
The Lobby Bar on the 1st floor is open 24/7.
A Business Lunch is available for you on weekdays from 12:00 to 16:00, and on weekends you can purchase a "Set Lunch."
We also offer a "Set Dinner" from 18:00 to 21:00 throughout the week.
