Fire Safety Rules at the Hotel

Dear guests! We ask that you observe fire safety rules.

Do not use faulty electrical appliances (kettles, coffee pots, irons, or water heaters) in your room. If you discover a fault, immediately notify the management (phone 100/111 or phone +7(342)207-08-48(49)).

When leaving your room, remember to turn off the TV, radio, air conditioner, and lights.

For your safety:

   • do not leave smartphones, tablets, hoverboards, electric scooters, or other devices charging overnight to avoid overheating. As soon as the device reaches 100% charge, the charger must be unplugged from the outlet;
   • do not place your phone under pillows or blankets;
   • do not plug in devices with damaged power cords;
   • do not cover floor lamps or table lamps with cloth or paper;
   • do not dry clothes on electric heaters;
   • do not use irons or electric kettles near flammable objects;
   • do not plug in several high-power electrical appliances at the same time;
   • do not plug one extension cord into another (daisy-chaining);
   • to avoid overheating, it is best not to leave gadgets under direct sunlight.

It is unacceptable to bring or store flammable substances and materials in the room.

The following are strictly prohibited inside the hotel building:

1. Using open flames and smoking materials, including electronic vaporizers (vapes).
2. Using gas equipment.
3. Using fire extinguishing equipment for purposes other than intended.
4. Opening fire cabinets or pressing manual fire alarm buttons without necessity.

If you have arrived at the hotel for the first time, please try to remember the location of exits and stairs and familiarize yourself with the evacuation rules.

In case of fire in your room:

   • Immediately report the incident to the fire department by calling "101" or "112".
   • If it is not possible to extinguish the fire on your own, leave the room and close the door without locking it; activate the fire alarm system by pressing the manual call point button.
   • Be sure to report the fire to the duty receptionist (ext. 100/111) or another hotel representative (tel. +7 (342) 207-08-48 (49)).
   • Leave the danger zone and follow the instructions of the administration or the fire department.

In case of fire outside your room:

   • Immediately report the incident to the fire department by calling "101" or "112".
   • Leave your room after closing the windows and doors; exit the building using the stairwells.
   • If corridors and stairwells are heavily smoke-filled and it is impossible to leave the premises, stay in your room. A closed and well-sealed door can protect you from dangerous temperatures for a long time. To avoid smoke poisoning, cover gaps and vents with wet towels and bedding, protect your airway with a damp cloth; do not open the window (if necessary, you may open it slightly for a short time).
   • Inform the administration by phone of your location.

If you detect a characteristic smell of burning wire insulation or any other smell of burning, inform the administration immediately.
